WEC Soul Food and Barbeque owners and employees are all a part of a blended family. Our roots come from deep down in the south, where our parents, aunts and uncles all spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Children in our family were taught that we should never depend on anyone other than yourself to cook you a meal, hence we all had to learn how to cook.
